I am an architect, and have worked with Angelo and Luca on several projects around London. They are always a pleasure to work with. They are responsive when required, attentive to the concerns of both fellow professionals and clients, and their workmanship is excellent. When problems arise they are dealt with efficiently. Their communication skills are excellent, and they are always sensitive to the client's needs. They are proactive in resolving issues in terms of design, procurement and execution, and are unfailingly courteous in their manner and approach. Most importantly, every client has been delighted with the work Angelo and Luca have carried out for them in terms of quality, programme and cost. Impact Builder was recommended to us by our friends who had some painting and decorating done when they first moved into their house. We contacted Luca for a discussion about the work we wanted done, which included painting and decorating our hallway and two bedrooms. We had a few improvements made to our bathroom which included tiling, plastering and painting. In the kitchen, we had our existing kitchen cupboard repainted, workbench and sink replaced and new appliances fitted. The trickiest bit was having built in cupboards custom made, but it was a breeze. Luca was able to create a plan for the cupboards and advised on which storage solutions to purchase and made the cupboards to fit. When it came to the works, Luca and Angelo were absolutely incredible. Communicative, hard working, neat and tidy and a pleasure to be around! We are so happy with the results and would unreservedly recommend Impact Builder.

Angelo and Luca landscaped our garden. This involved considerable groundworks, the construction of a land drain, laying artificial turf, installing decking, re-paving the patio area and a considerable amount of paintwork. All the work was carried out to a high standard and at a competitive price. They are courteous and easy to work with. I highly recommend Impact Builders and would use them again.

We've had a pretty terrible experience with a previous contractor and Luca and Angelo made everything right again. They redid our gutters, assembled a pergola and fitted it to measure, fixed some tiles and they beautifully completed the outside rendering. All throughout the work they were very thorough and discreet. Whenever there was an issue, communication was clear and very reasonable solutions were offered. We will definitely call them back to build us a summerhouse someday!

Impact Builders carried out a full renovation of our house and we are delighted with the final product. Angelo and Luca are highly skilled workmen who take pride in their work and see every job through to the end. They are extremely reliable - communication and response times are excellent and they are very adaptable – on the few occasions we changed our plans they were always accommodating. They are unfailingly friendly, courteous and were very respectful of our space, especially when we were sharing the house during the work – they went to great trouble to adapt areas for our use. They worked well with all other professionals- architect, engineer, and other contractors.
